If you have any saved drafts a light grey Drafts button will be on the bottom right corner of the blog page in the Site Editor. (The number next to Drafts in parenthesis tells how many drafts are saved.)
Click on Drafts ().
A new window should appear in the center of the screen with a list of blog post drafts.
Clicking on a draft will then let you edit and post the draft.
