Arranging Elements

• Hover over the element that you want to move.
• A blue box should appear around the element. At the top center of the blue box grab the element. 
• Drag the element onto the page and hover over where you want to place the element until you see a blue line appear. 
• Move the element on the page until the blue line is in the correct spot. This line indicates where, in reference to the other elements, the object will be placed.
• Drop the element.
