1. Introduction to VSLink Mini-Sites

Welcome to VSLink, the easy-to-use itinerary organizer that will keep your brand in front of your clients for the entirety of the trips you book for them. Let’s look at a few of the features of a VSLink mini-site. VSLink allows the travel professional to send essential travel itinerary items and documents along with clients when they travel. In addition, the VSLink system provides in-destination commission opportunities through suppliers who provide travel professionals with affiliate links

Firstly, the mini-site can be accessed on any mobile device or a computer. The platform does not matter. Here, our fictional travel agency Terra Travelers, has built a mini-site for the Johnson Family’s trip to Rome.  Your logo will go here. Thus, your brand remains in front of the client at all times.

These are your social icons, including What’s App and email, so you can stay in touch with your clients as they travel.

First we have a Destination Guide, which is in PDF format from the Arrival Guides, included with the VSLink program.

Next, we have their day-to-day itinerary, which you will obtain from the tour operator you use, or which you build with your favorite itinerary builder. You can also have Toby AI build the itinerary for you and place it here.

Next, you have a map of the destination. Using Google Maps, you can zoom in to street level and get walking directions and the location of important landmarks.

Your clients can explore and book the destination’s restaurants, and, in many locations, actually receive discounts on their meals.

You probably know that many clients are in-destination before deciding what tours or day trips they will take, which means you often do not get to book the day trip for the client. With V S Link, your client can book the in-destination tour with several high-profile tour operators such as Project Expedition or Viatour, and you will receive commissions on the booking!

We have a number of destination widgets such as World Clocks, and Weather, which is updated continually,  copies of passports, vouchers, and travel insurance documents for easy access and retrieval.
