Add Form for Credit Cards

If you want your site to have forms that can accept credit cards, we recommend using Formstack,  Cognito or Jotforms. They provide a secure form to help your clients send you the information you need.

**Please note: PCI compliance is the industry standard for accepting credit cards. PCI compliance requires secure storage implementations and other requirements. To be PCI compliant you must use a service such as a PCI compliant CRM or a secure form system like Formstack. Weebly Contact Forms are NOT PCI compliant.**
