Navigating the Calendar

Your Social Media Manager calendar allows you to view your scheduled content at a glance via a monthly, weekly, or daily view. The tutorial below provides an overview of the calendar.

Accessing the Calendar

To get to the Social Media Manager calendar, on the left side of your Dashboard, click on Calendar underneath the Publish section.

Calendar Views

Change between monthly, weekly, or daily view by clicking on the month, week, and day tabs at the top right of the calendar.

Calendar Coloring

Color code your posts on the calendar by content category or social platform. To adjust the calendar coloring:

1. Click on the Settings icon above the month, week, and day tabs at the top right of the calendar.
2. Click the Color by Category radio button to color code your posts by content category.

3. Click the Color by Platform radio button to color code your posts by social platform.

Instagram Grid Preview

View your live and scheduled Instagram posts in a grid. You can toggle between mobile and desktop view.
