A call-out box is a great way to organize or decorate the content on your website.
- Drag and drop the call-out box element on to your page.
- Use the blue lines to place the call-out box where you want it to appear on your page.
- Drag any elements you wish into the call-out box until you see a blue line inside the call-out box.
- This blue line indicates that the elements will be placed inside the box.
- Click on the call-out box to edit its settings.
- A dialog box will appear labeled Call-Out Box.
- You can edit the background color by clicking on Background Color and choosing a different color.
- Click the back arrow in the upper lefthand corner of the dialog box to save your changes.
- You can edit the border color by clicking on Border Color and choosing a different color.
- Click the back arrow in the upper lefthand corner of the dialog box to save your changes.
- You can change the style of the box to be Standard or Material.
- The Standard style just makes the box look like a standard box on the page.
- The Material style has a drop shadow behind the box, making it look as though the box is popping off of the screen.
- You can change the border style of the box by clicking on the different options underneath Border.
- None will show no border.
- Solid will show a thin solid line as a border.
- Dotted will show a dotted line as a border.
- Thick will show a thick solid line as a border.
- Finally, you can change the spacing or padding between the border and the content within the call-out box.
- Underneath the Spacing options, you can click the + and - options to adjusting the spacing for the vertical and horizontal padding. You can also type in a number by clicking on the number and typing a new number over it.
- You can edit the background color by clicking on Background Color and choosing a different color.
- A dialog box will appear labeled Call-Out Box.
