Let’s look at how to get started with Toby and using artificial intelligence to enhance your travel agency’s content marketing.
Log into the Content Portal at www.voyagersocial.ai.
Click on the Toby Icon on the left hand menu.
You will be taken to the Chat Interface. Given the state of development at any given time, this screen may appear somewhat different from what you see here. Please continue to refer to our Facebook Group, Newsletters, and Knowledgebase for updates.
You will see past Chats that have been stored, Prompts you have strored or templates we have saved for you, as well as your GPT settings.
Under the Settings menu, you can adjust the Tone, the Style and Format.
You can also set these as a default for your typical style using the gear icon at the bottom of the page.
With regard to your GPT settings, 3.5 is much faster, while the GPT 4 setting takes as much as 45 seconds to begin writing, but it is more creative.
To use Toby for the first time, just type a prompt, which is essentially an instruction, into the prompt box and click Send.
Toby performs as requested.
You can also choose from a saved prompt, or you may more typically want to use a variation of a saved prompt. When you do so, Toby will again execute your request with a response.
You should take the output Toby produces, fact check it and edit to improve the brand voice.
Also, note that in this example, Toby, like all artificial intelligence, “hallucinates” and asks if you want him to email you the result. Toby just wants to be helpful, but he cannot email you at this time! Should Toby ever offer to email you a result, decline the offer and request him to produce your prompt request now if he has not done so already. Soon, Toby will have the capacity to email you.
