Let’s take a look at a couple of new features for Toby. This is the first in a series of enhancements in development.
First is the small microphone icon here at the bottom. If you press and hold it, Toby will take dictation which you can fashion as a prompt. This is the first step in actually getting Toby to have his own voice and with which you will be able to carry on conversations with Toby, or have him transcribe meeting notes or audio files for you, then organize and store the notes for later use.
We have also made the settings on the left-hand side here the place where you can store your universal settings. On the Prompt Bar, you can now change settings for a particular chat. So universal settings you can alter for a single chat.
We have also added “Brand Voice” under settings. You are able to enter in a couple of paragraphs of information about you and your company, set some niche specialties and destinations. You can type in the information you want in Brand Voice, but you can also ask Toby for some help.
Here is the best way to set up brand voice using Toby.
First, use the Prompt on “Building an About Us Page” but use it just as a pattern. Highlight the most important features and benefits of working with your agency. Speak to your attitude about travel and customer service. Set up the Tone and Style to get the correct “voice” set for this page.
Once Toby writes the “About Us” page for you, ask for a two-paragraph summary. Once Toby has reduced the full page to a couple of paragraphs, edit it to add in any information you think important to your company’s ethic and way of doing business. Now, cut and paste the two paragraphs into the Brand Voice box and be sure to save it.
The reason we reduce it to only two paragraphs is because the “Brand Voice” text is added to every prompt you do behind the scenes. That means it also reduces the number of “tokens” available for responses. Thus, you don’t want the Brand Voice part of your prompt to be too long.
You can now ask Toby to tell you about your company, and he will utilize the materials in your Brand Voice prompt. Watch closely for the next few sessions you do with Toby to ensure the Brand Voice feature is working well for you.
We hope you find this new feature useful in your use of Toby!
