Toby's Interface Overview

In the Settings panel, you can access all of your settings.

In the Prompts section, you will find both Prompts the user has saved and Prompts Voyager has provided.

In the Chat section, past Chats are saved. A Pencil icon and trashcan icon are available for editing and deleting past Chats.

Using the gear icon at the bottom of the screen your settings can be made a default for your interactions with Toby. 

In the main Chat interface, you find the prompt window at the bottom, and the Toby responses at the top.

You can expand this window by clicking on the arrow next to the Chat Title.

The three dots in the Title window allow you to name the Chat you are working on to make it more easily identifiable.

You can also find in each Toby Response you find icons that will allow you to copy a Chat, or to open up two different of editors. The Pencil  Icon opens the Document Editor.  The “Flip It” icon opens up a smaller, light weight document editor. Both editors have GTP access and WYSIWYG editing bars for your use. We are including both, for now, until we determine which system most of our users prefer.

The Profile Icon in the lower left hand corner opens up the User’s Account and allows for changes to the account to be made.

The DOC icon on the left hand menu is where past documents the User saves are stored and accessed.
