Prompts are the User’s request of Toby. Simply put, the better formed the prompt, the better Toby’s response. We have several tutorials on how to form a robust prompt. Often, Users will default to very simple prompts. They should be coached into creating a more robust prompt to get the best response back from Toby.
Initiating a Chat is as simple as typing in a prompt, which can then be saved to be used again in the future if the User so desires. Here is an example of a robust prompt.
“Write a friendly thank you note to a VIP customer and friend of our travel agency Mary Jenkins. Mary just booked a river cruise on Emerald Waterways with our agency during Christmas market season. Add a "thank you" for her booking, and tell her how excited we are for her.”
Toby now writes the requested letter. However, I want to expand on that request once it is written. I can do so either in the Chat window or using the Document Editors. In this example I will expand on it using the Chat window.
Here is my request:
“Please rewrite the note above requesting Mary to take lots of photographs, and to call us when she returns to tell us all about the trip. Let her know we are excited for her and want her to stay in touch and to allow us to assist with any issues that arise during her travels.”
Toby rewrites the Chat response as requested.
Note that the Chat is now saved for me to work with later if I want. I can rename it easily to make it easier to search and find.
