As travel advisors, we often have a need for a short biography of ourselves in the context of the travel industry. Consider our new Profile Biography prompt as a way of asking Toby to write your travel biography. Using this prompt, he will do so by interviewing you. Watch as he does so. This is a new approach to working with Toby we will continue to refine.
Here is my prompt:
I want your help writing a biography of 150-300 words in length that will appeal to our client travelers. Do so acting as an interviewer. 1. Ask the questions one by one and wait for my response before asking the next question. 2. Develop follow-up questions designed to generate a biography of my time in travel. 3. when you have enough information, present your response, giving me a summary of what I’ve said, followed by a full online biography highlighting my overall expertise. 4. The information I want you to include: how we got into the business, why I’m passionate about it, my experience, my approach to customer service, what I specialize in, my travel ethic, and why I think travel is important. Once you’ve delivered your response, ask for my feedback so you can improve it. This is important because it will help build my business and connect more deeply with the clients I serve. Write the bio in this in a friendly but authoritative way. Separate the overall biography into multiple unique sections so that I can succinctly develop additional profiles highlighting other destinations and specializations for posting additional bios online.
