You can often use Toby as a business coach to help you analyze new strategies for your travel practice. In this example, I am going to ask Toby to help me identify my main niche audiences and what drives them to make a purchase. I want Toby to give me a list of niche audiences in my niche of adventure travel who are most likely to buy travel through me.
You, of course, would enter your own niche market.
As Toby gets to work, he uses a technique known as “Jobs to be Done” framework. I could explain that to you, but I prefer that you ask Toby to “explain the “Jobs to be Done” analysis in simple language to you. Get used to asking Toby for ongoing assistance.
