Document Editor

I want to review the use of the Document Editor. Let’s begin with a Chat response Toby has just provided.  In the upper right hand corner of the Chat, you will find two very similar Document Editor Icons. We will very likely remove one of these when we determine which one our clients most prefer.

 Because they operate in a very similar fashion, we will just choose the Pencil icon in this example.

When I click on the pencil icon, the Chat response opens in the document editor with a WYSIWYG editor. I can now use these very familiar tools to edit my document.

Next, by hitting my return key twice I get the “Press Space for GPT support” message. By hitting the space key, I can now ask for additional language generation by inserting a prompt and hitting the return key.

By clicking”Apply”, the new language is inserted into the document editor. I can now clean that language up.

I now save the document.

In the lower right hand corner is a Copy button or the ability to save as HTML.
